Wyoming Sports Betting 2d3371

Sports betting may be offered online, by approved virtual and mobile operators. Tribes in the state may also offer sports betting pursuant to the of their compacts.

In April 2021, Gov. Mark Gordon signed HB 133, providing for legal mobile sports wagering, with no retail shops. The state imposes a 10% tax on gaming revenues.

In September 2021, Wyoming sports betting launched as DraftKings Sportsbook and BetMGM became the first online Wyoming sportsbooks. FanDuel launched in March 2022. The Northern Arapaho Tribe opened a retail sportsbook at Wind River Hotel & Casino in April 2025, marking Wyoming’s first tribal sports wagering venue.

Wyoming offers mobile sports wagering through multiple operators because there are no commercial casinos in the state. Tribal casinos can offer sports betting at their casinos because they already offer Class III gaming.

As of May 2025, Wyoming hosts five mobile sportsbooks (DraftKings, BetMGM, FanDuel, Caesars, and Fanatics), with ESPN BET approved but not yet launched.
